RKK Namibia

RKK Namibia branch Office was establish with the objective to support projects in Africa. The main segment of support in the projects are coordinating, logistics and project management.

The office is managed by Director RKK Namibia Mr. Carl Williams. The total staff compliment is five which include the Project Manager Mr. Ndajoina Shalumbo, the Project Manager Carl Andriamparany, the Administrative Officer Ms. Helena-Ella Nghifindaka and the Administration Support Clerk Marlene Sebastiao.

Director RKK Namibia

Mr. Carl Williams is Director RKK Namibia. He has studied in the Federative Republic of Brazil where he obtained his degree in Naval Science-Engineering. On completion of his studies he worked for the Namibian Navy in different department in a management capacity. Before started to work at RKK in the capacity as Project Manager and then later as Operations Manager he was employed at NAMFI (www.namfi.net) as Head of department- Maritime Safety.

Project Manager

Mr. Ndajoina Shalumbu is Project Manager. He has studied in the Federative Republic of Brazil where he obtained his degree in Naval Science-Engineering. On completion of his studies he worked for the Namibian Navy as Chief Engineer on board the Namibian Naval Vessel. Before his appointment as project Manager at RKK he was employed as design engineer at Starke Manufacturing and Air-conditioning and as a Total Productive Maintenance Manager at Namibia Beverages.

Project Manager

Carl Andriamparany is Project Manager. He has studied in Norway where he obtained his Master of Sciences degree in Offshore Technology. On the completion of his studies he worked for the Marine Sciences Institute of Madagascar as junior lecturer and as consultant in the field of oil and gas development. He is still busy writing his PhD - building capacity for the Oil and Gas sector.
