The purpose of the Agreement between StatoilHydro and RKK is cooperation on preparation and implementation of learning-related activities.

According to the Agreement, RKK shall:

"by using Internet based methods implement competence improvement in accordance with relevant regulations ".

The Agreement covers the following subjects: electrical engineering, transport, construction machinery, industrial machinery, chemistry and processing, material administration, automation and automatics, electric and energy worker.

Participants and StatoilHydro have an advantage that the offer can be used by employees who have little time capacity for traditional learning, either for rotation reasons in offshore activities or because of choice of priorities between learning and regular responsibilities towards the employer.
