Universities and higher education colleges
RKK develops and runs courses in collaboration with educational institutions offering different subject disciplines, including courses at university and college level. On behalf of the University of Stavanger RKK is responsible for arranging preparatory courses for engineering studies. Read more about the Pre-Engineering course here.
The 1-year course "Practical ICT for Teachers" was developed and run by RKK in collaboration with UoS from 2001-2008. Approximately 1000 teachers, representing a cross-section of teachers from primary, lower and upper secondary schools, attended this programme.
RKK has also provided continuing education courses in Physics for teachers of science subjects and teaching methods in Informatics.
