Aims and target groups:

to improve research and technological development (RID) in the regions involved in the project by providing the regional policy makers with better foresight, guidance and tools, including systems for exchange of RID related information and experience, to provide policy makers with guidelines, tools, models and international and innovative arenas for R&D cooperation. The project will see these tools in the context of the sectors Energy, Tourism and Broadband.
