The deliverables involves a number of schools in various areas such as cookery, health and welding in southern and northern Rogaland, in addition to guidance and follow up abroad. Specifically is RKK asked to support in Russia, where former partners in cooperation projects within entrepreneurship and health together with our Kazakhstan office will take part in competence needs mapping and labour needs in local enterprises and institutions in Russia in order to promote voluntary return.
The project shows the potential in the colaboration within the RKK schools, and the significance of vocational training as a resource in its own right and also as an instrument to achieve development. RKK has developed a closer cooperation with Hero Competence, a division of Norway's largest reception centre operator, that opens for mutual use of return actions in countries each of the parties are currently present.
